A resident of Encinitas for more than 20 years, Carol applied her 30+ years of public relations, promotions, and events experience to help drive the launch of Visit Encinitas. Her love and enthusiasm for the city, the community, its businesses, and visitors is always on display and she is happy to promote Encinitas as a destination and share her favorite hidden gems.
On the weekends, she loves exploring the trails of Olivenhain, the local beaches, and having a leisurely brunch on the patio at one of Encinitas’ many restaurants.
Michael Glenn is an avid surfer, marketer, and long-time Encinitas resident. He serves on the Board of the Encinitas Chamber, the Economic Development Committee, and Chairs our Tourism Committee.
Michael was instrumental in the creation of the Visit Encinitas brand. Understanding that by inviting visitors to share in the many wonders of our coastal community, it also helps support local businesses and residents. He has long championed Encinitas as a vacation destination and the Visit Encinitas website is the crown jewel of those efforts.
